| Organization Description | MEALS at HOME (MaH) provides subsidized food and friendship to clients in Evanston, Wilmette, Winnetka, Kenilworth, east Glenview and east Northfield. During 2005-2006 we delivered 36,600 meals to 201 clients through the use of a pool of 350 volunteer drivers. Each client is delivered a hot meal and a cold meal. Our clients qualify for our program if they have health problems that render them unable to shop or cook for themselves. We deliver meals to client's homes so that their health problems do not force them to move out of their homes and communities. |
| Project Opportunity | Work with Meals at Home to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the purpose of clarifying and effectively communicating the organization’s identity and differentiating characteristics with respect to clients, volunteers, donors, and board members. The marketing strategy will inform operational decisions related to customer targeting, product mix, and service frequency and quality. Further, the marketing strategy should help the organization define and measure specific and quantifiable outcome measures for success, which are necessary for many of the grants that the organization would like to pursue. |
